This website is totally independent of WimPen and is hosted and managed by Roger Barrow, President of the Community, so should not be confused with the official WimPen Las Casitas website which can be found at www.wimpen.net. We also manage a Facebook group for owners which can be found at https://www.facebook.com/groups/lascasitasowners

Las Casitas belongs to its timeshare owners, who are all members of the Community of Owners. The resort has been around since the early 1980's, and although Playa Blanca has seen a lot of development in that time, it still retains its charm, and Las Casitas continues to be a resort enjoyed by everyone who visits.
