Timeshare Calendar 2026

Due to the extra week in 2025 (shown in yellow) created by the leap year in 2024, please be aware all weeks in 2026 move forward by one week, so make sure you book your flights for the correct week.

Heads up on the date and location of this year’s AGM.

It will take place at the Holiday Inn Birmingham M6 junction 7.

This venue is located just off the M6 motorway and offers on-site parking for up to 250 vehicles, making access straightforward for those travelling by car. For those who may prefer to stay closer to the city centre the venue is approximately 6 miles from central Birmingham. Anybody travelling by train and get to New Street Birmingham station with ease and then a taxi to the venue is probably the easiest method from there. Birmingham International Airport is 20 minutes away again by taxi.

The choice of venue was a decision of one of the other 4 resorts holding AGMs over that weekend. Original that choice was for the Oxford area but the venues proved to be in high demand and expensive, so the outside Birmingham location was decided upon.

Our (Las Casitas) choice will come round in a couple of years time so I’ll be canvassing for opinion when that is the case.

The next resort have already asked Wimpen to start looking at a venue for the following years AGM, ideally they would like this in the south probably somewhere near Gatwick because of its accessibility by trains planes and cars. Again this is a further heads up for that.

The idea is to publish the date and venue for the following AGM 2026 at this years AGM on Sunday 7th December.

The AGM approved a  2.8% inflationary increase for 2025, to be approved at the AGM
